This morning everything went well in the house, Nadia was not late at school and the traffic was flowing.
I arrived at work 15 minute early and Angela was still on sick leave. I went and sign my name and tried to waste time so that I didn't have to see to the moaning customers.
The first person that I attended to was an elderly woman who hadn't had hot water over the weekend, I raise the order as emergency and told her to go home and the electrician will come and repair her immersion heater for her, she said she would not be going home but going to the city centre. She asked whether I could change the order for this afternoon? I replied no, because I am not allowed to put time on emergency repairs. Anyway I ask her when she will be back from town, she said around 12pm, I said okay I will put your order on at 11.30am and that will give you time to get home for the repair. The old lady was happy, thank me and left.
I was so busy that I forgot to put the order on till 4.30pm this evening I'm not sure whether our contractors will do it because they will be finished by then but I hope our out of service contractors will do it for her, if not am in a big trouble tomorrow morning she will be sitting there waiting for me.
